This probably means that you – or somebody close to you – needs help. You may not know who to turn to for help, you may not even be certain what the problem is. You are possibly upset, frightened and confused. In this, you are not alone. Most of us, as we go through life, get into situations that leave us perplexed, so that we don’t know what to do next.

The first important step is to recognise that you do have a problem but that there is help that can be given - you are not alone! In this site, we explain some of the services that we can provide to give you the support you need. If you are not sure, please go to the Contact Us page and ask us for further information or to arrange your first appointment. You can also telephone us at the number shown at the top of this page if you prefer. Due to the pressure of calls being generated by this site, we cannot provide telephone consultations before we meet you. We offer a preliminary 30 minute consultation in Harley Street. We will spend that time identifying your problem and discussing the ways in which we can help. We will always tell you in advance what our services are going to cost. In many cases and with prior agreement from your insurer, these costs can be claimed against your private health insurance.
